We offer a broad range of dining options at the Best Western Hotel Smokies Park. Our "brasserie one" dining menu selection changes on a seasonal basis with daily specials to complement the choice. Using only the finest, freshest and seasonally available produce, our Brigade of Chefs will prepare dishes ranging from traditional British and contemporary European favourites to world dishes served in a modern setting and supported by a range of beers, wines and drinks to suit every palate.

We have an extensive repertoire, and if you have any dietary requirements we are always happy to prepare individual menus in consultation with our Chef.
We also offer a more relaxed dining experience in our “bar one” lounge with an extensive snack and bar meal service, as well as room service options.
